Prototyping (FDM 3D Printing without support material)
This project was a challenge. Due to low budget for the project, the part needed to be 3D-printed in FDM with no support material. Rather than make supports that would have to be cut off after printing (which would blemish the surface finish), It was modeled in three parts that fit together (see video), the customer was very pleased and asked for a second version with more detailing & wings on the roof.
